A shorter earlier version of this flier was distributed during the Friday 5-4 Press Conference, Parade, and Pinanta Pummeling on Friday in support of the Santa Cruz Eleven.

Brent Adams--seeking to get an attorney who doesn't seem to be willing to abandon the struggle before it begins--is seeking to dump Ryan Murphy on Wednesday at 8:30 AM in Dept. 6. He encourages supporters to show up, if they're interested.

Rousing and successful rally and march---hats off to the Brown Berets and other activists for organizing and supporting it

A shortened version of the flier above was distributed at the SC-11 rally Friday.

At the presentations in front of the courthouse yesterday, it seemed likely the scheduled Tuesday hearing would be postponed until Friday or later to give "Conspiracy is my Cup of Tea" prosecutor Rebekah Young a chance to catch up with the ACLU's brief.

Presumably Alex, Bradley, or their attorneys will keep us all updated.
